Can I work with you? Now?

Thank you so much for being interested in my services. I am often booked out for 2-4 weeks, but you can always fill out the form on my contact page here and I’ll get back to you with my info and expected time frame.

Do you trade services?

I rarely trade services unless it’s going to be great, equal, value for both parties and it is something I know I absolutely need. That said, you are ridiculously welcome to send me an enquiry. You never know whether I’ll be sitting there going “HECK YES! LET’S DO THIS!”.

Do you feature people/businesses/products on your social media/blog/site?

My selection process for direct promotion is very strict and I only promote products that I have tried, tested, and loved. However, if you want me to fall in love with your new product, you can pitch it to me and I’ll be happy to try it out if it fits with my biz or personal needs. If you’re a person looking to guest post on my blog, please email your details to hello@creativechloe.com.au and give it a snazzy subject line that lets me know you want to guest post. Your business and post must align with my blog – information for small business owners, particularly in the tech or online area.

Can you post/interview/chat on my social media/blog/page?

I love to chat with new small biz owners and am often up for posting or collaborating to do so. If you are in an industry that you feel would suit my skills and knowledge, please send me an email at hello@creativechloe.com.au and I'll get back to you. Please keep in mind that I do not accept all requests! Many busiensses do not align with my own passions, area, or zone of engagement, and I cannot participate in everything.

What do I do if my website breaks??

What are your prices?

My prices are often listed on my services page (check it out here). If they’re not it’s because my services are custom and change based on what you need. However, I do my best to give you an idea of my general pricing on that page. Check it out, it’s pretty (and sometimes it has awesome deals).

Do you offer discounts to charities?
Due to the nature of rent, supporting my household, (and darn taxes), I only offer charity discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and I’ll let you know what I’m able to do for you. I love to do as much as I can because you are the tomato and pepper of this world (like cookies and cream? PB and J? But better?).
I already have a site, but I don't like it. What can you do?

Some of my most common client work is site redesign rather than complete development. If you have a current site but know that it could be better (because hey, it represents your biz) then contact me.

Please be aware this can be close to the same cost as a complete site design. It very much varies on the changes you need. But sometimes it’s cheaper!

So someone told me you did 'X' for them. Why isn't it on your site?
I offer so many techy services that I’d need wayyy too many pages to explain them all. If you heard I’ve helped someone with something that wasn’t listed on my site, it usually means I offer it, you just need to send me an email asking for it! Almost a third of my clients request services that aren’t what is directly stated on my services page, so yes, I absolutely offer other things. I love a challenge!
